Jiu-Jitsu
A style of fighting where the goal is to take your opponent to the ground and submit him with a choke hold or joint lock, giving your opponent a chance to tap-out, without hurting him, thus ending the match. In our gym, our goal is that perfect practice results in perfection. We emphasize the importance of drilling moves over and over again. By combining American Submission Wrestling with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we have been proven incredibly effective.
